In 2008, a group of like-minded enthusiasts founded Saint-Petersburg’s first clinic of labor medicine which provided services to local industrial companies’ employees.
In 2011, we opened the “Eco-Safety” Medical Center. Within two years of operation, the company reaches leading positions in preventive medical checks.
Between 2013–2015, we founded our Test lab center, Higher school of medicine, and “MedSafe”, a center for information technologies. Today, these institutions are part of “Eco-Safety” Group, providing full-circle medical services to persons and companies residing in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region.
“Eco-Safety” Medical center specializes in preventive health checks. It eventually expanded its sphere of interest to B2C markets, providing both chargeable and CMI-based services. The medical center consists of three clinics, one 24h and one day-patient hospital, three medical sanitary stations and five healthcare points at industrial organizations, as well as providing medical help for patient at home.
The “Eco-Safety” R&D center carries out clinical tests of phases I, II–IV, and bioequivalence. From 2013 onwards, the State Register of Medicinal Remedies gave approval to 111 researches carried out by the “Eco-Safety” R&D center.
The “Eco-Safety” Higher school of medicine provides post-graduate training for medical staff with secondary and higher medical education following the curriculum for retraining and advanced training. The HSM curricula are registered at the Continuing Medical Education website, allowing the students to receive the required labor credits.
The “Eco-Safety” test lab center offers voluntary certification for companies based on the principles and in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 51705.1–2001 “Quality systems. Quality management for food and beverage based on the principles of HACCP” and EU Regulations for safety of goods. The TLC is authorized with the RosStandart system.
The “MedSafe” IT center develops custom-made software for internal use. They’ve developed a unique program that allowed us to dramatically reduce all administrative tasks of the medical staff, reducing the documents’ formation time and keeping a joint database of the patients undergone professional health checks. This allows the employers to quickly receive medical conclusions about an employee fitness for work, as well as form a digital case-record for “Eco-Safety” medical center patients.
Today “Eco-Safety” Group is the leader on legal occupational health checks market in Saint-Petersburg. Independent experts believe that our share of the legal market floats between 25% and 30%. Among our customers are state organizations, industrial enterprises, banks, foods and consumer goods manufacturers, education sector entities, etc.
Throughout 2016, “Eco-Safety” Group performed health checks at 650 companies to more than 166,000 persons.
The “Delovoy Peterburg” newspaper rates “Eco-Safety” Medical center among top 20 most successful clinics in Saint-Petersburg. The “Eco-Safety” R&D Center was rated first by the Association of Clinical Research Organizations’ 2016 rating. Synergy Research Group rated us first in total number of executed first-phase and bioequivalence tests.
The company’s core principle is disease prevention, their early detection and treatment at early stages. Any reduction in the burden of disease improves labor productivity, cuts the health protection expenses of budgetary funds, causing GDP growth and strengthening of our country.
